Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of COSMAP, a web-based social publishing service for businesses and creators. By using COSMAP, you agree to these Terms and to the rules of each social platform you connect.

Authorized accounts and content

You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the content you provide, the rights needed to publish it, and the accuracy of captions, disclosures, scheduling choices, and other publishing instructions.

Platform rules

Social platforms control their own APIs, permissions, review requirements, availability, rate limits, content policies, and account rules. COSMAP may restrict or disable a feature when required to comply with a platform's policies or technical requirements.

User review and consent

When a platform requires creator review, privacy selection, commercial-content disclosure, interaction settings, or explicit consent before publishing, you must complete those steps. COSMAP may block a publishing request that lacks required approval or platform settings.

Prohibited use

You may not use COSMAP to access accounts without authorization, evade platform safeguards, distribute unlawful or infringing content, misrepresent another person or organization, spam users, or interfere with the security or operation of COSMAP or a connected platform.

Credentials and security

Keep your COSMAP access secure and promptly revoke a social connection if you believe it has been compromised. COSMAP does not require your social-network password; supported connections use official platform authorization mechanisms.

Availability

Publishing depends on third-party platforms and network services. We may change, suspend, or discontinue functionality when necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or platform changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a third-party platform will accept or display every post.

Disconnection

You may revoke COSMAP's authorization from the connected platform. You may also contact us to request disconnection and deletion of stored authorization data, subject to records that must reasonably be retained for security, legal, or operational purposes.

Changes

We may update these Terms as COSMAP or connected-platform requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
