COSMAP is a social publishing service that helps businesses and creators connect authorized social accounts, prepare original content, review platform settings, and publish or schedule approved posts.

Information we process

When you connect a social account, COSMAP may receive platform identifiers, display names, profile images, authorization scopes, access tokens, refresh tokens, and technical status information supplied by the platform. We also process content and publishing instructions you provide, such as media URLs, captions, scheduling information, privacy selections, interaction settings, consent records, and publishing results.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate connected accounts, display the correct destination account, provide content review and publishing features, submit user-approved content, monitor delivery status, troubleshoot failures, protect the service, and maintain audit records necessary to operate COSMAP.

TikTok data

For TikTok integrations, COSMAP requests only the scopes needed for the enabled features. Basic profile information is used to identify the connected creator. Publishing authorization is used to send content only after the applicable review and consent workflow. TikTok access and refresh tokens are stored server-side and are not exposed in public pages or client-side source code.

Sharing

COSMAP sends information to a connected social platform only as necessary to perform an action authorized by the user. We do not sell social-account credentials or authorization tokens. We may use infrastructure and service providers necessary to host and secure the service, subject to appropriate controls.

Retention and deletion

Authorization information is retained while an account remains connected or as needed to provide the service. Users may revoke platform authorization through the platform or request disconnection and deletion of stored authorization data by contacting us. Operational records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or troubleshooting.

Security

We use HTTPS, server-side token storage, access controls, service isolation, restricted inbound network access, and operational monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You control whether to connect a social account and may revoke platform permissions at any time. You may request access, correction, disconnection, or deletion of information associated with your COSMAP connection by contacting us.

Children

COSMAP is a business and creator publishing service and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service or platform requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
